My sister and I started using the word "spite" to answer for anything..
Why's it raining?SPITE
How come the store isn't open?
We came to the conclusion... Spite is a multi-purposeful reason for anything.
The other day, Emry, Klay and I are in the car.
Emry asks a question, that I really don't have the answer to, so I answer SPITE.
"But mama, why spite?"
Klay turns around and says, "Why not spite? There's always a reason for spite."
Emry giggles, he thinks Klayvn is hysterical.
I turn to Klay, "I have never loved anyone more, than I love you right now!"
It's quite refreshing when someone gets my humor.
My office closed a half hour early... due to............RAIN.
I almost died. I was able to get Emry from school, make dinner, take a bath before 10p........
I was in HEAVEN.
But, now... It's morning, I am back at my desk... 10 minutes until I have to start listening and doing...
And, I keep replaying a nightmare in my head. The one I had last night....
I was talking with an old friend of mine, on my drive home, so hence, he was in my nightmare.
Glenn, I've known him since I was a young teenager... We dated within the same family. He dated the sister of the guy I was with. So, we became fast friends, and when both of those "relationships" ended (around the same time mind you) we really bonded together. We've been friends ever since.
So, in my dream we had gone to dinner (which is what we had discussed doing on the phone), and when we got there, I saw Klay (which somehow I knew that he was supposed to be working late, but it's dream logic)... with another girl, who turned out to be my best friend Lissa. I try to ignore it, in my mind I have no reason to mistrust Klay.. So Glenn and I continue to our table, start ordering... Klay and Lissa walk up. Lissa seems happy to see me, so I am not afraid at all (not that I would be in real life anyway, I know they both are completely trustworthy). But Klay seems pensive. I got uncomfortable, and asked Glenn to take me home.
Upon arrival, somehow, Klay had beat us home, Glenn leaves... and Klay tells me it isn't what I think. Which I promptly respond that I hadn't thought anything. He starts babbling about needing to talk to Lissa so that he could get his head on straight, and then....
Alarm goes off, and I have no idea where the dream was going.
I guess Indian Food for dinner produces weird/nightmare dreams...... I'll keep a note on that.
Speaking of which.................... Chicken Tikka Masala in the crock pot... AMAZING.
I made seasoned rice and veggies to go with it.
I want to apologize again to my blogger family for my evil woman post yesterday.
Just had a moment.
I'm back, with my head on straight.
Well, as straight as I can be... I'm a weird one.... I know... I have no qualms about it!
Friday is tomorrow, jeez this week went fast.
And today is payday. AMAZING.
uh um uh....
Anyone have weird dreams?
That feel super real??
